Just got back from a 4 day stay at the Perla... Excellent hotel, clean, good housekeeping, clean pool, excellent showers in the rooms, friendly reception and bar staff, central to all the bars and shops..... my one and only criticism is we were a party of 6 and all the tables were for 4 people so we couldn't sit together for morning breakfast, when we asked for two tables to be put together a member of staff was quiet rude and said no no no not possible to move tables !!!

fab weekend fantastic location very friendly staff lovely and clean and rooms together as asked with pool view. fantastic service at reception asked for extra pillow which was promptly delivered thanks again for a wonderful stay will recommend to others and will definitely be returning

We have been visiting Benidorm for over 10 years and every year we migrate to the Perla even if we were not able to stay there. It is a fabulous place, ALL the staff are warm and welcoming. I miss them during the rest of the year, personaly speaking. The place is spotless and you get the best cuppa tea going. See you in 10 days folks CAN NOT WAIT x Dawn Thomas

Just arrived back from the Perla. Well situated for bars, restaurants and beach. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Stayed in a pool side room which cost 35€ extra but was worth it as we'd heard it could be noisy at the front. No problems with noise. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with very friendly and lively, happy staff. Couldn't fault the hotel and would happily stay there again.
